Hexagon (KH-9) – Redacted Spy Video

September 26th, 2011

A video screen showing "Picture Redacted" as a crowd watches. At the unveiling for the Cold War era spy satellite the accompanying video was almost completely redacted. The parts that were not blacked out featured rather generic images of government suits working at 1960s computers with a bunch of blinking lights. Hard to imagine that many of those technologies should still be classified.
